It is a pretty exciting time here at Dillon Photography at the moment. A few weeks ago we had some awesome news that we have been waiting to share with you all and finally we can…..

One of our beautiful brides, Courtney France, has won the New Zealand Weddings Bride of the Year!!

This is the third Bride of the Year award for Chris and we are pretty stoked for him. Congratulations Courtney, and Jamie for having a pretty fantastic wife, and Chris for capturing such a stunning day.

Love Me Do is a fantastic resource for brides to be (or those like me who just love all things wedding related!). A designer by trade and a penchant for all things vintage, Eva has an incredible eye for detail and an ability to notice all those little romanticisms that would sometimes get missed in the mayhem of planning a wedding.

You couldn’t ask for a more stunning setting than Millbrook Resort in Queenstown. With the snow-capped Southern Alps towering in the background and the rich wintery hues of New Zealand’s deep south, Leanne and Paul had the most beautiful day for their wedding.

20 years on ….

In February 2012, Dillon Photography will celebrate 20 years since our first ever wedding. What better way to celebrate such a milestone than with a brand spanking new website!

We are pretty lucky here at Dillon Photography, getting to do what we love everyday – capturing some pretty special moments and building some awesome friendships along the way. We wanted our new site to reflect that and you will see a few new things around the place. First up, in our gallery you will notice a section called “Top Shots“. While all our weddings have fantastic shots, these are ones with that little something special that makes us all go “Aww”.

We also thought it would be great for people to see a little bit more of what happens on a wedding day. Our “Wedding Days” gallery shows a more in depth look at wedding days. All the beauty, all the emotion, all the fun and most importantly, all the memories.

As you can imagine, we have gathered up some pretty incredible people over the years. You can find out all about us in our info section.

Perhaps the most important part of our new website is our testimonials section. What better way to showcase our work than the amazing words we have from our clients; You! While taking photos is a pretty cool job anyway, hearing about the moments we have captured and memories we have helped make, makes it that much more awesome.
