TERRY AND CATHERINE DILLON – DIRECTORS

On 28th February 1992 Terry Dillon photographed his first professional wedding.

20 years later, with over 3500 weddings captured by Dillon and Simply Photos photographers his small husband and wife team studio has evolved to become one of the most respected photography studios in New Zealand.
The success of Dillon photography can be attributed to the incredible hard work and talents of both Terry and Catherine. Over the years the business has gone from strength to strength, and with an incredible team of passionate photographers and designers, it is a company that continues to innovate and grow.

Terry and Catherine have always nurtured a ‘family’ ethos amongst their past and present staff. Their staff now average over 12 years experience which is testament to the high regard in which they are held.
Catherine is now happily retired but can often be found helping out behind the scenes, especially during peak season.

Terry will never retire but that’s why we love him.
While Chris, (Terry and Catherine’s’ son) is now responsible for the wedding side of the business, Terry continues his passion of photographing people and runs the event and portrait section.

Terry is a two time national portrait of the year winner.
